Pre-Fabbed 100x100mm Welded Tunnel Post: No Onsite Fabrication, Perfect Alignment Every Time

If you've ever built a sliding gate tunnel post onsite, you know the drill: measuring, cutting, welding, grinding, touch-up painting — and hoping the tunnel bridge lines up straight when the gate finally rolls through. If you've ever built a sliding gate tunnel post onsite, you know the drill: measuring, cutting, welding, grinding, touch-up painting

100x100mm Welded Tunnel Post for Sliding Gates

Why installers are switching to pre-welded tunnel posts

No onsite fabrication. The tunnel bridge is pre-welded with a 250mm internal gap, so alignment is spot-on straight out of the box. What used to take hours of fabrication now takes minutes of installation.

Built for security applications. The post is made from 100x100mm SHS with a 3mm wall thickness and features 4 full edge welds, engineered for high-security sliding gate systems.

Made for Australian conditions. Hot-dip galvanised steel with a satin black powder coat finish delivers maximum corrosion resistance — coastal sites, western sun, it handles it all.

The right length for most jobs. At 3000mm long, it suits the majority of commercial and residential sliding gate applications.
